Shipping
- Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa.
- We ship from our own South African warehouse. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday go out the next working day.
- Delivery takes 4 to 7 working days from the day you order.
- You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. See Track your order.
Returns and the 30-day guarantee
Every VoltGuard is covered by our 30-day guarantee.
- If your VoltGuard is damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery by email or WhatsApp.
- Send your order number and a clear photo of the problem. If the fault does not show in a photo, send a short video as well.
- We review your message within 1 working day and tell you exactly what happens next: a replacement or a refund.
- Claims without a photo or video cannot be approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 14 business days for it to reflect, depending on your bank.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse or by not following the instructions.
- Claims sent without a photo or video of the problem.
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected by anything on this page.
